A LAW IN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
STRENGTHENS DATA PRIVACY FOR CONSUMERS

Beginning May 25, 2018, the EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives EU consumers more control over how their personal data is handled. In the spirit of, and in compliance with, GDPR, we want you to know what personal data we collect, and what we do — and don’t do — with it.

What kind of data we collect:

H&B is only interested in data that helps us deliver valued products and services to you. This information may include:

Name, physical address, email address, dates of birth, phone number(s), taxpayer ID number(s), marital status, financial data, and systems and network data.

What we do with data we collect:

The data is used to perform attest, compliance, IT, bookkeeping, valuation, cost segregation and other services for you, and if requested, to send you our electronic newsletter.

What we don’t do with data:

We have never and will never sell your information to marketers or other vendors.

What’s next?

EU citizens will receive a follow-up email that requires them to specify communication preferences and choose to continue allowing us to use your data to provide services to you. You can correct, amend or delete any of the information we have on file by contacting us at [email protected]

Want more information?

Please see the Notice of Consent Document or email us and we’d be happy to help.
