As the Firm’s Managing Partner, Richard Preciado embodies both leadership skills and business acumen.

He provides a variety of tax planning services, including cost segregation and helping clients set up IC-DISC as a strategy to minimize taxes.

Richard was integral in helping develop the Firm’s expertise in cost segregation and the construction industry. Clients benefit from his exceptional tax and business consulting experience, along with the accumulated brain power of his fellow partners. Richard is thorough, proactive, and helps clients lessen tax liabilities and make more financially robust decisions.

Prior to joining H&B in 1993, Richard worked with a regional public accounting firm. He was elected Partner in 2000 and then named Managing Partner in 2006.
