Karen Semingson became a Partner Emeritus in September 2019.
When she decided to step away from audit and compliance services and focus on a group of tax clients that primarily include closely-held businesses and their owners. Her approach is simple; listen, collaborate, research, and put together a plan that is right for the client.
Prior to joining H&B, Karen spent several years with local Northern California firms. Karen joined the Firm in 1999, was named Partner in 2005. She has been active in Rotary since 2003 and has served on many local nonprofit Boards.
In her free time, Karen enjoys tennis, golf, biking, and most of all, her grandson.
