Kalena Rebollar

When she joined H&B in 2005 as a Staff Accountant, she spent five years servicing clients, including tax and assurance work. In 2010, she took an opportunity with the firm’s administrative team as the Controller. For 10 years as Controller, she oversaw the internal finance team, developed the finance and payroll departments, and assisted the HR department before transitioning into the COO role.

A lifetime resident of Imperial Valley, she is active in several community organizations, including her church, serving as a Deacon and participating on the Ministry team. Her passion is contributing to projects that benefit local youth. Kalena spends much of her time at football and volleyball games with her three children and husband and traveling with her family. Her passion for accounting was developed with much love and guidance from her high school accounting teacher, her grandmother.

Kalena earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from San Diego State University.
