Geri Wood enjoys helping clients maximize profits, and simultaneously, strengthen their internal controls.

With a practice focused on tax and financial reporting, Geri excels at problem-solving and offering financially sound recommendations. She specializes in audits of employee benefit plans and has in-depth knowledge of AICPA, ERISA, DOL, and IRS requirements relating to these plans. With more than 25 years of experience, Geri uses her business and financial acumen to serve clients as a dedicated accountant and a trusted advisor. Clients appreciate her collaboration, accessibility, and open-mindedness.

Prior to joining H&B in 2001, Geri served as an Accountant and the VP of Finance for both public and private companies. She was elected Partner in 2014 and is a member and past chair of our Firm’s Accounting and Auditing Committee.
