Edgar Mercado

Edgar has over 19 years of private and public experience serving privately held companies in all phases of the business cycle ranging from start-ups, rapid growth, to mature companies. He has extensive experience in all real estate asset classes including residential, multifamily, and commercial properties. His overall industry experience is diverse and includes construction, hospitality, retail, distribution, nonprofit organizations and affordable housing.

Edgar has extensive experience managing large engagements with revenues in excess of $800 million, with multiple revenue streams, multiple entities, large consolidations, and significant intercompany transitions.

Edgar manages all stages of the audit process, including planning, fieldwork, supervision and review, and communications with management. He prides himself on being visible and accessible to his clients throughout the year. In addition to providing auditing services, Edgar has also performed reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures and internal control reviews.
